offers our business clients on-site support for most of your everyday service issues.  We will be there for you if you are experiencing many of the most common issues we see on a regular basis.  Those can include networking problems, internet access issues, system failures and faults, hardware replacements, printing issues, software problems, software updates and upgrades, Laptop problems and much much more.

Some issues or problems will require us to take your system or component back to our shop.  In those cases, we will try to minimize the time in-shop so we can keep your business humming along smoothly.  Situations where we may need to keep your system at the shop for more than a few hours would be Virus removal, extensive hardware diagnostics, special order replacement of important system components or other problems requiring more than a few hours of work.  In any case, we will attempt to minimize the time required to complete a fix for whatever the issue may be.  We know how important it is to have everything working and we'll be there for YOU!
